Musawi Abdallah is a self-taught artist and entrepreneur. With over 10 years of media expertise, he started ARTMA, a notable documentary and commercial production company in horn of Africa .
His work has appeared on every major international humanitarian organization. He frequently cooperated and worked with local artists to help them discover their voices, and he helped many young people realize their full potential, and He supported the creation of various businesses run by SomaliĀ youth.
He advocates for health, education, and environmental preservation. Women empowerment, poverty and he participated in numerous national catastrophe awareness campaigns.
In 2017, he presented a 101 workshop on digital image storytelling. Many young people were enthused and found their voices in Hargeisa, Mogadishu, and Garowe.
He recently made his first feature documentary film, in which he played the director, to record and narrate the history of Somali music.
He put in long hours and traveled long distances to chronicle inspirational stories, collaborating with humanitarian organizations and international media to bring true stories to light. He became involved in various causes that can improve lives after discovering his voice.
